Zwartberg 200 Club Contributes to School’s Coffers

Congratulations to the winners of the Zwartberg 200 Club’s final two draws of 2009. The lucky winner of the ninth draw was Lynette Smythe, followed by Zelia Mullins and Ria de Wee. Ellen and Anton Joubert were winners of the tenth and last draw of the year, with Nicki van Reenen and E D van Rensburg as runners up.

Thank you to all those who participated and well done once again to all the winners. The project proved very successful and the school raised R36 000.00. Several winners generously returned their winnings to the kitty, which we also appreciated.

We invite members to join again this year and encourage others in town to consider joining. We had 95 members this year, a few of whom dropped out along the way, while some joined later in the year. We therefore averaged approximately 88 members. This year we aim to have 200 members and hope that you will all help us realise this goal.

Registration for 2010 has already begun. The draw will begin at end of February and will be held every month until the end of November. Please contact Di Steyn at 0829372978 for more information and application forms.
