Award for Swartberg Hotel

In May, the Swartberg Hotel again packed up its goods and shackles and made the annual trek to Durban for the International Trade Show,
INDABA 2007.

The show represents over 1 700 South African properties including the entire hospitality spectrum. It is now considered the third biggest hospitality show in the world and caters specifically for visiting overseas delegations.

The hotel was extremely proud to be awarded “Greatly Improved Property” at the annual AA Accommodation Awards. The glittering event is held in the International Convention Centre and was attended by Donald Lamont.

“It is impossible to receive any award without the entire input of the team.” He said. “Whilst I might have been there to receive it on the hotel’s behalf, it belongs to the whole team.”
